Welcome to Tampalam in the Ecological Reserve of Sian Ka’an on the Mexico Caribbean Coast. Once arrived, you will realize you have entered one of the worlds’ premier preserves set aside to not only protect the 859 registered flora, 103 fauna, and 345 bird species, but also a place set aside to bring peace to your soul. Only approximately one percent of this preserve, sandwiched between Sian Ka’an Preserve to the west and the Mesoamerican Reef Marine Preserve of the Caribbean to the east, is available for private ownership and with over 5 acres of titled property, this “Gift of the Heaven” can be your personal retreat.

The ancient maritime trading post of the Mayan Empire, with its sacred Mayan cities and unexplored natural wonders, has recently become one of Mexico’s top cruise ship destinations at the docks of Mahahual, approximately 35 miles to the south. This huge investment of the Mexican Government’s tourism dollars is far enough away to prevent the over saturation of the protected Reserve but close enough to guarantee and promote the long term development and maintenance of areas needed infrastructure.
